These Georgia work boots are made from SPR leather; as a result of the way it's been tanned, it has 3 times the strength and is able to resist abrasions 2 ½ times better than traditional leathers. It is also highly resistant to barnyard acids and caustic chemicals.
You never know if an object is going to drop on top of your feet unexpectedly, or if you might step down onto something electrical as you are working. These work boots were built with a steel toe; it meets the ASTM F2413 I/75 C/75 Protective Toe Classification, which means that it is able to withstand up to 75 lbs. of impact and compression. This footwear also complies with the ASTM F2413 Electrical Hazard Standard.
Keeping your feet comfortable is important. With that in mind, Georgia built this footwear with a cushioned insole covered in a soft material; it provides comfort for your entire work day. You'll be able to walk along steadily and the arches of your feet will be supported due to the steel shank.
A vital component of this men's work boot is Goodyear® welt construction. Putting the footwear together this way enhances its durability and strength, plus it allows you to have the outsole replaced by a shoe repairman once it has started to wear down.
You'll have no difficulty getting these work boots on because there are pull loops on each side of the boot.
Cushioning and flexibility come from the Poly Wedge ULTRA outsole that's non-marking sole and resists chemicals and oils.
